An AEPS Program account allows an individual or a company to track their AEC status, utilize the bulletin board for buying, selling, or trading AECs, and for demonstrating compliance with the Pennsylvania AEPS Program.

All Users start as type OWNER.

The following types of privileges are available:

EDCs: Electric Distribution Companies
EGSs: Electric Generation Suppliers
Brokers: a company that arranges AECs trades between buyers and sellers
Aggregator: a company that is managing the AEC accounts of other facility owners, such as Solar or Wind.
